STAFF
 We have a well qualified and dedicated team of staff who put the needs of pupils at the forefront of their work. A large proportion of our staff readily devote their time after school and during weekends and holiday sessions to ensure pupils achieve their potential.

CPD
All our staff undergo a comprehensive induction programme on entry to the school in addition to their initial teacher training. We also invest heavily in Continuing Professional Development for all staff, both teaching and non-teaching. In fact, many of our non-teaching staff choose to utilise the expertise we have in-house and 'top up' their qualifications by following GCSE courses. Some also choose to gain a teaching qualification by following the Graduate Teacher Programme.
The school holds the coveted 'Investors in People' accreditation in recognition of it's achievements in ensuring our staff are some of the best qualified and experienced in the UK. This was independently revewed during December 2007, resulting in a successful renewal of our accreditation after meeting all the standards of the IIP framework.
